A short thinking game a student plays once a week. They catch their thoughts in sentences that are already started, clear the ones they don't need, name the rest, put them in order, and sum it up in their own words. Seeing it all written down can show you your blind spots, the things on your mind you didn’t know were there.
In development. Not yet tested in a study. Each week starts with a short lesson, like finding the exact word for a feeling. The guide, AHA, walks a trail to visit twelve friends, and every session hops him closer to the next one.

The same game with a theme each week, such as being thankful, and examples written for middle schoolers.

High school students use a separate program called the Captive Thought Journal. Once a week the class sets aside time, each student finishes five sentences on a laptop, and then sorts their own thoughts. Watch a student go through one session.
